The oil made from roasted argan almonds has a noble, nutty, exotic taste. It is considered to be particularly healthy and can be used in many ways in the kitchen. From refining a cold vegetable soup in summer, to preparing salads and various couscous dishes, to refining dessert creams and parfaits, there are no limits to the culinary range for which this oil is suitable. It also harmonises wonderfully with fish and many meat dishes.
