The mustard culture is big in Vienna and at every sausage stand at least as important as the melange in the coffee house. This is exactly why we produce our Viennese mustard together with the Viennese mustard farmers Katharina Mühlparzer and Markus Sandbichler from the Prentlhof. Mustard seeds from the 10th district of Vienna. Beautifully creamy and classic horseradish-spicy, it is the perfect partner for every Wiener, Frankfurter, Nürnberger and the rest of the world.
