Winery with 3 Falstaff stars. A la carte 92 points. Falstaff 90 points. Very spicy on the nose, red peppers, blueberries, cassis, also sweetish hints of fresh pipe tobacco, black olives. On the palate, precious wood spice, delicate hints of vanilla and dark chocolate. But also dark berry notes, fine cassis nuances. Pleasantly smoky red paprika spice, very round and harmonious in the finish. Aging: 12 months in small oak barrels (100% new wood). Alcohol 14.0% vol., dry.
