Organic winery with 3 Falstaff stars. Organic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Cuvée - style from the Medoc. The wine is stored in mostly new French barriques for about 18-20 months. Later it stays in the bottle for another year before going on sale. Dark ruby, smoky, spicy cassis cherry Aromatic, strong and dense - complex fruit and tobacco - wood notes. Balanced but still quite youthful wine with high aging potential. Alc. 13.5% vol., dry.
