Hand-picked apricots are carefully processed into a highly aromatic apricot mustard sauce. It shimmers orange-gold in the glass and is almost reminiscent of autumn, even though it's actually just summer. It likes to surround itself with fresh goat's cheese, whether on bread or in a salad, and also lets spicy hard cheese show its soft side.
