Almost 800 years of tradition! Farmed according to organic farming guidelines since 1988. This Grüner Veltliner is a cuvée made from 3 different soil types: granite, clay and loess. Fine spice, juicy apple, integrated, lively acidity, elegantly structured on the palate, long finish. Goes very well with vegetable dishes, light meat dishes, local fish. Alc. 12.0%vol., dry.
