For this excellent vinegar, Grüner Veltliner from the Weinviertel was fermented into a soft and typical vinegar. Storage in wooden barrels gives the vinegar its typical vanilla character with a soft note of honey and the peppery spiciness of the wine. Oil tip: sunflower oil.
