Viennese basil seasoning oil 0.1l

Intense, powerful, dark green spice oil from a special type of basil. A few drops are enough. The spice oil is made with the Greek basil Artemis, which is grown by the well-known Bach nursery in Vienna just for this oil. This variety can only be propagated well from cuttings. It goes very well with: tomatoes, pasta dishes, antipasti, fish, white meat, mushrooms, legumes and mild cheese as well as cream cheese, yoghurt and whipped cream. Also with eggplant, asparagus, carrots and courgettes or with chocolate with fruits such as strawberries or honeydew melons. Can be combined with: chervil, parsley, lemon balm, mint, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, oregano, garlic, lemon and pepper, but don't overdo it. Very nice in combination with olives and balsamic vinegar.
