Exceptional Riesling - spontaneously fermented and aged on the mash for around six months in 300 litre amphorae, bottled unsulphured. Finely matured Riesling with depth and elegance. Perfect freshness thanks to good acid structure. Mineral & delicate. Salty undertone, cool and refreshing. Very balanced wine with the typical fruitiness in the finish. A convincing introduction to the world of orange wine.
