Made from high quality sweet apricot kernels, this oil has a subtle flavor of almonds and baked bread with a hint of marzipan. It is particularly suitable for refining exotic salads, sweet and sour dishes, delicate sauces (e.g. for game dishes), vegetable soups, fish dishes and desserts. The apricot kernels are gently roasted before pressing so that the aroma of the kernels can develop fully. The oil consists of 100% natural first pressing.
