MTX stands for Müller Thurgau Extreme. Harvested by hand, fermented spontaneously in concrete eggs, bottled unfiltered and unsulphured. Despite the "extreme" expansion, nice clear fruit notes. Discreet pineapple exoticism up to crisp hints of cider apples. Fresh, pleasant acid structure, light yeast residue. Also very suitable for classic wine lovers.
