These vines are over 40 years old and grow on coral limestone soils at over 400 meters above sea level. Matured for 36 months on the full yeast in large old wooden barrels. Straw yellow, melons and ripe stone fruit, delicate gooseberry spicy - soft, round mouthfeel, minerally expressive and long-lasting on the finish.
