Art.Nr. 121063
One of the oldest mixed set of vineyards owned by the Fuchs-Steinklammer family, in which red and white grape varieties grow together. A special wine - the process of "carbonic acid maceration" (French: macération carbonique) creates a fresh, light-footed red wine. In the Beaujolais, this method is mostly used to produce the Beaujolais Primeur. The wine was fermented spontaneously, neither fined nor filtered and minimally sulphurised.
