This PetNat is a very elegant, neatly crafted representative of its kind! Discreet, pleasant, almost reserved Pinot Blanc nose. Perfect on the palate - finely integrated perlage! Delicate pomaceous notes of apple, pear and some nashi. Elegant, silky brioche notes meet a refreshing, lively acidity. good length Alc. 11.5% vol. dry
