Lots of aroma on the nose paired with a fine tannin on the finish. A little fragrance bomb. Playful, but still taut. A bit of air suits it well.
60% Gewürztraminer and 40% Pinot Gris, both fermented for 4 days with whole grapes. Just long enough for the tannin to still dance.
