Dark rosé or light red? Every year we find it exciting to see how much color intensity the vintage brings with it. 2021 brings warmth, lots of color and a great flow of drinking. Dangerously good. 75% Zweigelt, 25% Blaufränkisch. 50% directly pressed, 50% fermented overnight on the whole grapes. Fermented spontaneously and stored on the full yeast in large wooden barrels for 9 months. Shake it, then drink it!
