Rosemary spice oil 0.1l

Powerful spice oil from the aromatic, slightly lemony rosemary from Croatia. A few drops are enough. Goes well with: Meat (veal, lamb, rabbit, beef, pork, game, chicken, pheasant), fish and vegetables (eggplant, courgettes, pumpkin, cabbage, tomatoes, beans, potatoes), cheese (Parmesan), nuts and apricots. But also with apples, citrus fruits, red wine (dark sauce) and chocolate. Combines well with: savory, garlic, mint, thyme, marjoram, oregano, sage, bay leaf and lavender. Tip: Drizzle bread (e.g. ciabatta) with the oil.
