The Sekt is expertly produced by the Szigeti sparkling wine producers in cooperation with the Moser family using the champagne method. After 12-18 months on the yeast in the bottle, Welschriesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc result in a dry sparkling wine ("extra brut"), which ideally combines the advantages of Austrian fruitiness as well as the fine perlage and the delicate yeast tone of the champagne method.
