Winery with 5 Falstaff stars. Varieties: Pinot Noir & Chardonnay Fine, powerful mousseux, fruity green apple, with hints of lemon balm and elegant notes of brioche on the nose. Apricot fruit, citrus, fruity and silky, just as complex on the palate, with crisp acidity and mineral extract, hazelnut biscuit notes. Refreshingly elegantly balanced. Ideal as an aperitif or revitalizing after-dinner drink. Or just like that... Recommended drinking temperature 8°-10°. Alcohol 12% vol., Extra Brut.
