A cuvée of Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Strong ruby ​​red with a dark core and violet reflections. Intense berry aromas. Full-bodied on the palate, fine tobacco spice, orange zest, delicate herbal notes, enormous extract, complex, tightly structured tannins, fine acidity, distinctive character. Long mineral finish with great potential. However, the exact composition remains true to its name… Hand-picked, processed according to the gravity principle without pumping, spontaneous fermentation, manual submersion in stainless steel containers, 24 days maceration time, 21 months maturation in small wooden barrels.
