Deep dark ruby ​​garnet, opaque core, violet reflections. Distinctive bouquet of dark cherries, spicy black olives and pepper, subtle tobacco notes, elegant opulence and intensity, ripe, fine tannins, complex, fruity finish with a long mineral aftertaste. Hand-picked, spontaneous fermentation, manual submersion in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation, 21 months of maturation in small wooden barrels.
