The olives come from the Halkidiki region in northern Greece. They have been known for their fresh taste and crunchy texture since ancient times. The Halkidiki olive has a very full flavor and a firm consistency with a pleasant sour and slightly bitter taste. Filled with fine cream cheese made from pasteurized milk, marinated in delicious rapeseed oil and finely seasoned with selected herbs.
