The Peppersweet is the star in our antipasti area. After our own seeds have been carefully ripened by our partners in southern Europe, each fruit is picked individually by hand - this is the only way to guarantee a gentle harvest. The fruits are then given their heart of the finest cream cheese by the cheesemakers in Vitis, making them a real peppersweet.
