Eggnog, made in Burgenland from cow's milk, free-range eggs and fine plum schnapps. Around 30 chickens live on the farm of the Taucher family in Lafnitztal in southern Burgenland, which have "worked off" their official laying period in other farms. They spend the rest of their lives free-ranging in the extensive vineyards together with other organic chickens. Alc. 18% vol.
