The harmonious herbal notes of fresh basil, violet root, untreated orange peel, the finest juniper berries and handpicked lemon balm are obtained through a very time-consuming and gentle percolation process (slow seeping through). Over the course of several days, the WienGin is enriched with the valuable ingredients and acquires its fantastic taste, reminiscent of fresh herb meadows. The spirit is adjusted to drinking strength by adding self-made rose water. Here, fragrant rose petals are gradually poured over with boiling water and the ingredients are extracted over several hours.
