A dish that is indispensable in my everyday life: oven-roasted vegetables. A Pot with everything the garden has to offer, stewed in the oven for a long time. This is exactly the taste I wanted to capture in this bruschetta variety. Fresh, ripe tomatoes from the Adamah organic farm, stewed organic carrots, Waldviertel organic potatoes, roasted organic onions and wonderful organic olives characterize the taste. Refined with the best organic olive oil and well seasoned with aromatic rosemary. Best on toasted white bread.
