Pure seed oil from ripe chillies is deep red, fruity and intensely hot. Different types of seeds were used for this chili seed oil, which have a degree of heat of up to 20,000 Scoville (= the unit of measure for the heat of chillies). The noble fruity-spicy aroma is suitable even in small quantities for refining steaks, grilled and pasta dishes as well as Asian dishes. A creamy vegetable soup or a chocolate dessert can also be wonderfully prepared with it.
