These vines, which are over 40 years old, grow on coral limestone soils at over 500 meters above sea level. Harvested by hand, spontaneously fermented, aged for 30 months on the full yeast in large old wooden barrels. Very expressive, soft & round. Exotic notes but also some pear, a hint of meadow herb honey, well-balanced acidity and a precise minerality. dry
