Light salmon pink with red-gold reflexes, fine, persistent mousseux, delicate but very invigorating, fruity-spicy fragrance, with hints of cherries and wild strawberries, a hint of citrus, caramel, yeast notes, fruity and creamy, behind it complex on the palate, with elegant acidity and mineral notes Extract, exceptionally harmonious structure. Recommended drinking temperature 8°-10°. Alcohol 11.5% vol., brut.
