Winery with 3 Falstaff stars. Ice wine is one of the top leagues in sweet wine production. It will only be possible to press ice wine in a few years! Since the grapes must be frozen during the harvest and a minimum of -8°C is required for this. Intense golden yellow, finely spicy and bready, white pepper, notes of frost, ice candy, lychee, complex on the palate with invigorating acidity, very delicate, long and spicy finish. Goes very well with goose liver or at the end of a nice dinner. Alc.11.5% vol., sweet
