On the palate, fine-meshed, fruity smoothness with a fresh mineral structure - berry fruit and ripe tannins - fresh sour cherry and delicate Mediterranean herbs on the finish. Aging 8 months stainless steel + 18 months oak barrels from Austrian and German oak. - elegant wine. Goes perfectly with meat and fine game dishes. Alc. 13.5% vol., dry.
