Falstaff 91 points. This "new" grape variety was bred by the school of viticulture in Klosterneuburg. It is more resistant to fungal diseases. This makes it possible to work in a more sustainable and environmentally friendly way. Deep dark ruby ​​garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge lightening. Black berry fruit underlaid with fine wood spice, delicate coconut and nougat, a hint of liquorice. Juicy, elegant, a hint of ripe sour cherries, ripe tannins, some nougat on the finish, an elegant accompaniment to food. Alc. 13.5% vol., dry.
