Crisp yellow apple fruit, exotic fruit aromas of candied pineapple and mango, smoky from the ground; Pleasant acid structure, grapefruit, bergamot - blossom honey in the finish, mineral in the aftertaste. Recommended drinking temperature: 7 - 9° C; well suited to cold and warm appetizers, cold platters. Alc. 13.5% vol., dry.
