Winery with 3 Falstaff stars. Falstaff 92 points. Traisental DAC. A powerful Riesling with staying power for a nice bottle aging. Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Fine yellow peach fruit, a hint of fresh orange zest, nuances of blossom honey, underscored by minerals. Playful acidity, crisp and refreshing, dense, with a nice length. Food recommendation: goes well with fine freshwater fish, fine pasta dishes with mushrooms or smoked fish and white poultry. Alc. 13.5% vol., dry.
