Opulent on the palate, malty, juicy, dark berries, firm tannins, mineral and persistent, fascinating, complex bouquet, dense, elegant, ripe sweet cherry, well-integrated acidity. Strong, long finish that gives an idea of ​​the potential of this wine and also makes you want to take the next sip. Aging: 24 months in small oak barrels (100% new wood). Food pairings: roasted poultry, roasted fish, game, roasted/roasted meats, hard cheeses, aged cheeses. Alcohol 14.0% vol., dry.
