Powerful, elegant, fine wood spice, creamy texture, integrated acid structure, white tropical fruit on the finish, Ideal accompaniment to fish and crustaceans, strong pasta dishes; also with heavy sauces; as well as with fine innards  such as calf's liver, calf's kidneys or sweetbreads.
