Winery with 4 Falstaff stars and almost 800 years of tradition! Farmed according to the guidelines of organic farming since 1988 & Demeter certified since 2019. Expressive nose! Lots of fruit, from ripe citrus fruits and peaches with fine spice. Super juicy on the palate, pleasant acidity, fine, silky length. The ideal drinking temperature is 8-10°C. Goes very well with Asian cuisine as well as salads, vegetables, fish and poultry. Dry with fine fruit sweetness. Alcohol 12.5% ​​vol., dry.
