Dark chocolate from cocoa beans from Nicaragua - 85% cocoa content. Nicaragua has only recently gotten into exporting cocoa, but it has a large following around the world. In 2015, Nicaragua was recognized as "100% fine cocoa origin" by the International Cocoa Organization. Only 9 countries in the world are recognized as such. We decided to pack the full character of the Chuno into the bar and set the cocoa content to 85%. The result is a complex chocolate with an intense note. CHARACTER: Strong, little sweetened dark chocolate - citrus, olive and nutty tones characterize the taste experience.
