The cocoa beans for this chocolate are produced by the Conde family on the "Monte Grande" farm. The farm is located in the "Costa Sur" region in western Guatemala and covers an area of 19 hectares. 26-year-old Antonio Conde, a graduate of Earth University in Costa Rica, is involved in planting and propagating cocoa trees. Above all, selected trees from our own farm are used for propagation.
The beans are not only harvested on Monte Grande, but also fermented and dried. Due to the intensive fermentation, this chocolate is characterized by a particularly fine fruit note.
Character: Strong, slightly sweetened milk chocolate with a pronounced fruit note of raspberries, chocolate caramel and cream.
