This is what happens when you marinate chilies and peppers in organic quince vinegar for a few weeks. Versatile use as a sauce for sweet and sour dishes such as: - Fried rice or noodles - Grilled poultry - as a dip for: Baked chicken & everything fried The fine sweet chili sauce is made according to an old family recipe. The mixture of paprika, chili, garlic and fine quince vinegar creates a hearty and delicious chili sauce. Perfect for dipping baked (fried) chicken. Almost as good as the Szechuan Chicken Sauce.
