Quince syrup 0.25l

The wonderful aroma of the quince comes into its own with a dash of lemon and is an extraordinary change from conventional syrup. With water or soda and lemon as refreshment, with Prosecco, Spritzer, gin and cocktails, with salad dressings, with ice cream, for creams, etc. The fruits come exclusively from private gardens in and around Graz. At Jamsession, fruit, blossoms, herbs, seeds, mushrooms and fruit vegetables are collected, found, pulled or given as gifts and then processed with fun, enthusiasm for experimentation, intuition and interest in the product. The ingredients used are erratic boulders, orphans, divas, companions, treasures, natural beauties off the shelf, forgotten or well-bred. All ingredients are selected with the greatest care and prepared by hand.
