The fine and at the same time intense aroma of the Piedmontese hazelnut comes into its own in this oil. It is therefore ideal for preparing delicate salads, soups and sauces. A tuna carpaccio also tastes wonderful with hazelnut oil. Above all, sweet dishes such as parfaits, fruit salads, crêpes, cakes and pastries can be wonderfully refined with it. Only the best hazelnuts from Piedmont (EU PGI) are used to produce this special oil.
