Blend of Blaufränkisch, Merlot, Zweigelt and Pinot Noir. Everyone has dreams... This wine is an invitation from the winemaker to linger in dreams. Hand-picked into small boxes, foot pounded and spontaneously fermented in an open fermentation vat. After the biological acid degradation, the storage takes place in large oak barrels and used barriques for 9 months. Garnet red, very elegant with great drinking pleasure. Alcohol 13.5% vol, dry.
