This Merlot is harvested and destemmed by hand, Dense cyclamen red, cool fresh red fruit on the nose, slightly reminiscent of pine cones. Herbaceous, finely spicy underlaid with red berries and cherries. Very fresh acidity due to very low residual sugar. Dense, fine, paprika-powdery tannin. Can be stored well. Alc. 13.5% vol., dry.
