Grüner Veltliner sparkling wine made as traditional bottle fermentation! 22 months + stored on the fineyeast - this rounds the aromas and the structure of the sparkling wine and the perlage becomes finer. Elegant, complex, fine, compact, powerful perlage, reminiscent of quinces/apples - light notes of brioche. Delicate nettle and pepper spice. Fresh apple on the finish. The only thing left to wish is: "Have fun playing with the pearls in the glass!". Alcohol 13.0% vol., brut.
