This intensely fruity, aromatic apricot vinegar brings early summer to your dining table! Its fruity-sweet taste and pleasant acidity allow a wide range of uses. We recommend the apricot vinegar for all green leaf salads, but also for fruity desserts. A great aperitif can also be conjured up with apricot vinegar: Pour 1 cl apricot vinegar into a champagne glass and top up with sparkling wine (or champagne) of your choice. Oil tip: grapeseed oil, olives or walnuts.
